The Chiswick House Festival returns for its third year in a row on Thursday 8th July courtesy of Soho House, a Private member’s club network. The event commences at three in the afternoon and is set to finish at eleven in the evening. It is located on the grounds of Chiswick House and Gardens and is expected to be a fantastic party.
After one year the festival has returned with a horde of more prominent acts. So far the confirmed artists are Little Boots, Mark Ronson and The Business Intl, Paloma Faith, The Feeling, Estelle and Mumford and Sons to name a few. The Hosts for the event are Ant and Dec, Radio 1’s Richard Bacon, Jo Whiley and Reggie Yates and many more.
The party will also offer guests market stalls offering a summer feast; including lobster and hog roast and a covered banquet area if party-goers don’t want to picnic on the lawns. Open bars are also available for all adults.
The cost of a ticket is £175 which includes unlimited free food and drinks once on the grounds. All the proceeds will be going to the Chiswick House and Garden Trust, which was set up in April 2005 to restore, manage and protect the area. Tickets are now sold out but there is a waiting list for those desperate to experience the summer festival.
Ticket holders are advised to use public transport as there is no available parking on the premise. For the rest of the public who may just want to visit Chiswick House and Gardens, to experience its beauty some areas of the park will remain open and accessible from pedestrian gates.
