Two Sutton youngsters triumphed in a regional football tournament at Arsenal’s multi-million pound training complex in St Albans.
Keen footballers Aaron Philip, 13, and Dion Hockham-Marshall, 12, represented Kent, Surrey and Sussex in the Arsenal Soccer School tournament as part of a seven-man team.
The tournament put the boys' team head-to-head with regional soccer schools.
Team coach Barry Jeffreys said: “Both lads played their socks off and had a terrific day at Arsenal's training centre. It's great to be able to reward the kids who come on our Arsenal Soccer Schools with once in a lifetime opportunities like this.
“Our partnership with the club gives us access to all sorts, but special days out like this are the icing on the cake”
