Police have appealed for witnesses to an assault which left a 25-year-old man in hospital for two days.
He is now recovering well, but the attack left him with severe injuries to his face with black eyes and swelling to both cheek bones.
He was found at 6.10am on Sunday, September 5, in Green Barge Walk, Hampton Wick, and officers believe he walked across Kingston bridge, towards Hampton Wick, between 3.30am and 3.45am.
At the time, the victim was wearing a grey woolly hat, checked top and black jeans.
The victim did not see who attacked him. Police are now looking at town centre CCTV.
