The outgoing chairman of the Conservative Future (CF) will speak at the Epsom and Ewell branch next month.
Michael Rock, who took over the chairmanship from Mark Clarke in 2008, will be addressing members at the Conservative Club on October 29.
He has been largely credited with increasing the involvement of CF in national campaigns such as NO2ID, and laying the groundwork for successful activity during the recent General Election.
CF has also seen membership increase by more than 30 per cent to approximately 20,000 during his Mr Rock’s stewardship.
He will discuss the current Conservative-Liberal Democrat Government, the future for the Conservative Party, and what role Conservative Future will play in this.
The event, open to all CF members will take place on Friday, October 29 from 8pm, at the Epsom Conservative Club.
