Voluntary groups and charities in Elmbridge received £195,711 in grants and contracts from Surrey County Council last year.
The biggest recipients were Cobham Children's Centre which received a £93,460.55 grant in 2009/10, and Surrey Crossroads which received £221,705 in grants and contracts for its carer schemes.
The Alzheimer's Society received £68,913 for an outreach worker, Home Start Elmbridge received £50,771 and Molesey and Ditton Houseworks Scheme was given £61,509 for its work with older people.
The amounts were made public to help councillors see where public money is being spent.
Surrey County Council is trying to make more than £180m in savings, but protect spending on the voluntary and charitable sector.
