Young entrepeneurs have raised £1,500 for a good cause using their blossoming business skills.
Pupils at Ursuline High School put their heads together to raise cash for disabled young people. Money raised in a year of activities at the Wimbledon secondary will go towards new playground equipment at St Ann’s School in Morden, which teaches children with severe learning difficulties.
Girls aged 13 and 14 from Ursuline’s GCSE Enterprise class took part in activities including craft sales and cycle rides.
Ursuline teacher Ann Harvey said: “The Year 9 GSCE Enterprise students have achieved a marvellous result. We are proud of their achievements and grateful for their support of our school.”
