An 18-year-old was forced to hand his scooter over to a gang of yobs during a knifepoint robbery.
The three robbers demanded the teen’s crash helmet, the keys to his scooter and stole £10 after the youngster parked his black Piaggio Typhoon scooter in the rear car park of McDonalds, in Wandsworth Road, at 11.10pm on September 11.
The scooter, which was ridden away by one of the robbers, was later seen by police being ridden on the nearby Patmore Estate.
According to Lambeth police, all of the law-breakers were male and aged about 15 years old.
On suspect is described as black, 5ft 8ins, and slim. He wore a blue hooded top and a blue Nike beanie hat. Another is of Mediterranean appearance, 5ft 6ins and skinny. He was dressed in a blue raincoat with the hood tied tightly around his face. The third is described as a dark skinned black youth.
The scooter, registration number W734 YGJ, is black with a lime green engine cover and has white eagle stickers on both sides.
