Pilgrimage: Epsom and Ewell mayor Clive Smitheram and Reverend Simon Talbot wished Caroline Baldock and her horse good luck in Epsom
Fundraisers were given a warm welcome as they rode into Canterbury on horseback after a four day pilgrimage from Epsom.
Caroline Baldock, 62, of the Epsom Equestrian Conservation Group, and her horse Smelly, along with two companions, were met by dignitaries at Canterbury Cathedral last week.
They have been raising funds to establish a Museum of the Horse.
