Children at Cranmere Primary School in Esher were visited by 2012 London Olympics hopeful Junior Ejehu on Tuesday.
Ejehu, 19, who aims to represent Great Britain in 200m sprinting in two years’ time, spoke to the children about how to apply themselves to sports and his own journey.
He also gave them a demonstration of his running abilities outside the school in the Drive.
On the same day, the pupils participated in sponsored fitness circuits to raise money for the school’s PE department.
