A makeshift catwalk was alive with autumn and winter fashions as John Lewis Kingston staged an in-store fashion show.
The event, on September 28, showcased the season’s key looks from women’s, men’s and children’s ranges, including 1950s silhouettes, folklore prints, cashmere layers and military styling as well as heavy knits and masculine tailoring.
Kingston College students styled the models’ hair.
Operations manager Andrew Collins said: “The show itself was vibrant, exciting and well attended.
“It certainly generated a huge buzz around the branch.”
About 50 customers took advantage of the store’s free fashion advice appointments, which will give them a two-hour slot to find out what looks good on them.
