Flasher who targeted Kingston students jailed
A workman who flashed female students from his transit van at the Kingston University's Knights Road campus has been sentenced to 12 weeks in prison.
Raj Sharmer, 33, of Tudor Road, Southall, had pleaded not guilty to two offences of intentionally exposing his genitals intending that someone see them and cause them alarm and distress on October 15 last year.
He was sentenced at Kingston Magistrates' Court on Thursday, September 30.
