A magician is looking for assistance after thieves did a disappearing act with his tricks.
Thieves broke in to Simon Roselli's car outside his home in Hainthorpe Road on the evening of Monday, September 27, and stole his sat-nav along with some 15 props he uses in his children's show.
A full-time professional magician for more than 15 years, and a member of the magic circle, the 43-year-old from West Norwood is hoping to make the items reappear to save his act, as many are unique.
The father of three said: "These items are not just my livelihood, they are my heart and soul. I have spent 20 years collecting them. They will be of no value to whoever has taken them, but mean everything to me."
He added: "Many will be impossible to replace."
The magician was also set to have to cancel a string of children's parties over the weekend.
The thefts have also threatened his regular visits St George's children's ward and Great Ormond Street hospital to entertain poorly young people for free.
The vanished items include a snake basket, including a snake that fires water, and his magic table, featuring his Amigo's Magic logo.
A coin bucket and a dove pan also disappeared in to thin air.
The 43-year-old hopes he has a trick up his sleeve - a reward -which can encourage them to be returned.
He said: "I'm just hoping whoever has them will have a change of heart and bring them back to me - or let me know where I might find them."
He said the close circle of magicians meant it would be very difficult to sell them on to another magician.
He has also spoken to fellow magicians to help him pull an new act out of thin air in the short term.
Police are investigating in a bid to stop the thieves being escape artists.
