A software company which specialises in geographical-based IT solutions is letting customers spread their payments over up to five years to keep its business going through anticipated Government spending cuts.
GGP Systems is heavily reliant on local government and public sector bodies such as police and fire authorities to buy its products, which allow databases to be linked to maps for ease of viewing information.
But with Government funding facing at least 25 per cent cuts in an attempt to balance the UK deficit, the Sydenham Road-based company is rolling out a more flexible pay schedule to try to persude clients to stick with their software solutions.
Managing Director Tim Maxwell said: “Our customers are telling us this is what they need.
“The use of geographical information systems and corporate address databases is fundamental in the drive to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
“FlexiPay makes it easier for organisations to get hold of the latest innovations ensuring they can make savings and improve service levels from the word go.”
