Corinthian Casuals boss Brian Adamson reckons Saturday’s visit of mid-table Worthing could provide the turning point in his side’s season.
Casuals are rock bottom of Ryman League Division One South with just two points from a miserable start to the campaign, which was compounded by Saturday’s 3-0 FA Trophy preliminary round exit at the hands of Potters Bar Town.
Goals from Jose Espisosa, Ashley Harrison and Elvis Baker were enough to account for Casuals, and boss Adamson insists his men must keep the faith to turn the corner.
“The defeat at the weekend was an opportunity missed - without a doubt,” he said.
“It was a fair result and we got what we deserved.
“If we stick to what we believe in and work together, we will get out of this. Watch this space on Saturday.'
Corinthian Casuals next three games: Oct 9 Worthing (h), 23 Oct Horsham YMCA (h) October 26 Faversham Town (a).
