A teenager who stole more than 43 catalytic converters from cars has been jailed for 13 months.
Kyle Simmonds, 18, of Robins Way, Hersham, targeted vehicles parked in towns and villages across Surrey, including Ashtead.
He pleaded guilty to two thefts from a motor vehicle and one count of going equipped to steal, and at Guildford Crown Court on September 24 he asked for 43 more offences to be taken into consideration.
