Mums and Dads from Wandsworth are being asked their views on the quality and scope of childcare in the borough.
Wandsworth Council want the opinions of parents and carers with children up to the age of 14, or the age of 17, for people looking after special needs or disabled children.
The information gathered will help shape the council’s childcare service provision for the next three years.
The council's spokesperson on children and young people, Councillor Kathy Tracey, said: "This is a chance for parents to tell us what they need in terms of childcare.”
All those who take part in the consultation will also be entered into a prize draw to win £200 of high street shopping vouchers.
To have your say on childcare, download the questionnaire from the news and events section of the family information services’ website at www.wandsworth.gov.uk/fis or email jdelambily@wandsworth.gov.uk and ask for a copy.
