Croydon Schools' FA's U14s won, 4-0, against Cincinnati Classics from the USA in a friendly fixture at Croydon Sports Arena on Friday.
Croydon were under some severe pressure in the first half but stand-in goalkeeper Chris King kept the visitors' scoresheet blank.
Bradley Drake and Warren Goodyear combined well to give Croydon a two-goal advantage.
First Drake crossed for Goodyear to net in the 33rd minute and then they swapped roles for Drake to tap in four minutes after half-time.
King was substituted in goal, by Jamie Weber-McCartney, and he made it 3-0 eight minutes before the end.
Drake notched his second and Croydon's fourth two minutes from time.
