A man from Leatherhead was one of five people charged with rowdy behaviour following the royal wedding celebrations.
Terry Butts, 26, was one of 55 people arrested as thousands lined the streets to celebrate the marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton on Friday.
He was charged with racially aggravated behaviour and will appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on May 6.
