Construction firm awarded £80m hub contract
Construction company Vinci has been awarded the £80 million contract to build the Tesco hub in Streatham.
The project includes 250 apartments, a swimming pool, ice rink and sports hall as well as a 63,000 square foot Tesco Extra supermarket.
Work is due to begin this summer, with completion scheduled for November 2014. The new development will replace the current Streatham Ice Rink.
