A ballet company has launched its first full length production to audiences in London. Members of Antique Dances are peforming 'Between Three' - a triple bill of their most recent work. The performance features music from Mozart's Requiem, as well as songs by contemporary composer Joby Talbot.
The dance troupe, based in Ambleside Avenue, Streatham, recently ran dance workshops at The Big Dance, an event organised by Lambeth and Southwark councils, following a performance at Glastonbury Festival.
Artistic director Holly Noble said: "The show is a really diverse night of different dance. We want to give Streatham something to be proud of in the arts.
"We aim for our work to be accessible for all groups. People can come and see something different and not pay £40-£50 like they do in the West End."
Catch 'Between Three' at the King's Head Theatre in Islington from 24 July- 14 August. Call 020 7478 0160 to book tickets.
