Pupils at a Tadworth special school celebrated their achievements and hard work at an end of term awards ceremony last week.
Students at the School for Profound Education (formerly St Margaret's School) based at the Children's Trust in Tadworth, were handed their certificates to recognise their efforts for studying modules as part of the nationally recognised Accreditation for Life and Living scheme.
All the students have profound and multiple learning difficulties as well as complex health needs and they looked at areas such as creative arts, ICT, home management; and personal skills, with each of them getting at least one certificate.
Headteacher Jan Cunningham said: "It is a pleasure and an honour to celebrate the achievements of our learners - they have worked so hard and are a real credit to the school. It is wonderful that we have been joined by so many parents, family members and friends to share in our celebrations."
