Pampered pups will be wagging their tails with excitement after a successful online dog grooming business decided to open it's first boutique in Tadworth.
Licks Ooh La La on Walton Street will officially open its doors to dogs and their owners on July 30, giving canines the chance to be spoilt with a range of spa treatments.
Mother and daughter partnership, Josie Carter and Kelly Pearce, founded the company in June 2010 and have been running their online business from their Carshalton home selling such products as dog clothes, collars and treats.
Their new venture will sell all their online offerings plus dog grooming services such as pedicures, haircuts and washing.
Mrs Carter said: "It's not like any ordinary shop. It's going to be very unsual and has an American theme. Its got the wow factor.
"I have always been a dog groomer, and after our online business, it is the next step.
"There are plenty in London but this is the first in Surrey. We are hoping to open new stores if it is a success."
