The activist who threw a 'custard pie' at News of the World owner Rupert Murdoch in protest at his newspapers' behaviour is due in court today.
Jonanthan May Bowles - the real name of comedian and activist Jonny Marbles - will appear at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court this morning charged with an offence under the public order act.
Mr May-Bowles, from Love Lane in Mitcham, targeted the media tycoon as he faced question from a Parliamentary committee about the phone-hacking scandal.
He performed the stunt with shaving foam and a paper plate smuggled into the hearing, which he was immediatedly thrown out of.
