Trio charged only a day after Epsom burglary
Three men have appeared in court charged with a burglary in Epsom - only a day after the offence took place.
Adrian Robertson, 37, of Mole Court, West Ewell, Adam Burden, 29, of Hook Road, Epsom and Barry Jeffrey, 46, of Temple Road, Epsom, appeared at Reigate Magistrates Court last Tuesday (July 26) jointly charged with one count of burglary.
The trio were arrested within minutes of an incident at an address near Epsom Railway Station, shortly after 6pm on July 25.
All three men have been remanded in custody to appear at Guildford Crown Court on August 11.
