Pensioners were greeted with great weather as an Epsom care home held it's annual summer garden party at the weekend.
Leighton House Nursing Home in Reigate Road invited residents along with their families and members of the community including the mayor, Councillor Sheila Carlson, to the grounds to revel in the summer sunshine.
Residents were entertained by Surrey Jive, a jive-dancing troupe, who also got them involved and taught them how to do a line jive.
Tracey Morris, the home's activities co-ordinator said: "We had a fantastic time, all the residents and their families loved it."
The party also marked the official re-opening of the home after some extensive redevelopments.
