Croydon sixth form students went from the classroom to the boardroom in a week long entrepreneurial programme.
The students from Trinity School, Archbishop Tenison High School and Norbury Manor Business and Enterprise College completed a week long entrepreneurial programme delivered by Entrepreneurs in Action (EiA).
Despite never having met before, the students were required to work together on a business challenge relating to transportation around the 2012 Olympics, set by executives for TfL.
At the end of the week the students were required to deliver a presentation to the executives.
Derek Browne, CEO of EiA said: "This programme has brought Croydon's talented young people together across three schools in the borough.
"Students have worked well together and delivered an exceptional presentation to TfL.The classroom to boardroom programme provides opportunities to futher develop these skills."
