Pupils at an independent school have collected 200 boxes worth of goodies to be sent to needy children in Eastern Europe.
Students from Royal Russell Junior School sent the first shipment of shoeboxes filled with Christmas gifts to Romania Ukraine and Belarus as part of the Rotary Shoebox Scheme on Friday November 18.
The school will send the rest of the shoeboxes this week.
