Amateur snappers have just a few more days to take the perfect pic for a charity competition.

Volunteer Centre Merton’s photography contest - which has challenged entrants to grab pictures of volunteering the in borough - closes on November 30.

Merton Volunteers in Action will be judged by a panel including stage and TV legend June Whitfield, with prizes including a digital camera.

Entries by the winner and runners up will go on display at Centre Court Shopping Centre in Wimbledon, which is sponsoring the event, as well as three of the borough’s libraries.
