Six people have been arrested this morning as part of a police crackdown on drugs and anti-social behaviour.
Lambeth officers arrested two people for drug and money laundering offences in West Norwood, three people for drugs offences in Brixton, and one person for drugs offences in Streatham Hill.
The arrests were made as part of ‘Operation Hawk’- the Metropolitan Police Commissioner's 'war on crime'.
About 4,000 Safer Neighbourhoods officers and PCSOs, supported by specialist colleagues including the Dogs Unit and Territorial Support Group, will be carrying out operations in 32 London boroughs today.
