The Sutton Chorale will be singing in Sutton’s Italian twin town in June, and they are looking for more to join them.

They will be performing in a medieval hill-top Tuscan church in the Roman town of Sambuca, and kicking off Tarvarnelle’s open air concert season in the town square, joining with the music school.

Tarvarnelle is situated close to Pisa, Florence and Sienna, and there will be enough time for sightseeing as well as the singing. Martin French the choir’s conductor said: “The weather will be wonderful; it will be a cracking thing to do.”

They are being joined by members of The Sutton Town Twinning Association.
