Leon Thomas was sentenced to six months in prison at the Inner London Crown Court last week.
A 20-year-old man has been jailed for six months after he looted a shop during the August riots.
Leon Thomas, burgled the H&M store in Brixton Road on the evening of August 7 and was later traced by police from blood found at the scene, the Inner London Crown Court heard.
Thomas, of Villa Road, Brixton, was sentenced on Wednesday (November 23) and was told he must spend 50 days electronically tagged.
