Take a break from the strains of Christmas shopping and join Father Christmas at a special festive fair.
Norfolk House nursing home in Weybridge holds a fair between 2pm and 4pm on Saturday, December 3.
Santa Claus and his little helpers will be on hand to ensure everyone is in the Christmas spirit. The fair is the start of a season of celebration for residents and staff at the 76-bed nursing home.
Entertainers are booked throughout the run-up to Christmas and, at the end of December, residents are off to see a pantomime directed by a member of staff.
Home manager Prakash Bundun said: “Christmas is very important for us because not only is it fun, but it helps to reawaken memories and, by talking to residents about what they used to do and what they enjoy, my team are able to understand everyone’s likes and dislikes.”
