A five month old German shepherd puppy has been stolen from a pub garden in West Ewell.
Kaiser, a red and black puppy, was taken from his purpose built pen in the garden of the Eight Bells pub on Kingston Road on Monday, November 28, between 5.20pm and 10.30pm.
The puppy has a unique tattoo of his registration number in his ear and would be easily identifiable.
Detective constable Jo Clarke said: "Naturally we are concerned for Kaiser's welfare and want to reunite him with his owner.
"I am urging residents and regulars of the Eight Bells pub to think back, do you recall seeing an unusual vehicle in the area but didn't think anything was suspicious at the time?
“Maybe you have been offered Kaiser for sale or perhaps you know someone who has acquired a German Shepherd puppy recently?
“We are doing all we can to reunite the owner with Kaiser but we need your help."
Anyone with information should call Surrey Police on 101 quoting reference EP/11/5254.
