Communities from five London boroughs are being invited to a peace concert, which its organiser hope will repair some of the damage caused during the August riots.
Singer-songwriter and television producer Mark-Anthony Abel has booked the Crystal Palace Concert Bowl for September 1.
Working with the councils and communities from the five boroughs – Lambeth, Bromley, Lewisham, Southwark and Croydon – Mr Abel has established the Crystal Palace Peace charity to run the event and is now actively looking for sponsorship, bands and volunteers to get involved.
