Croydon Council's website is currently undergoing a complete overhaul.

The site will soon be offering increased services, including an alternative for those who do not speak English.

The details of the website's revamp were confirmed at Monday night's cabinet meeting, where it was agreed that the website will be the main focus of a service transformation plan - which aims to enhance the council's customer service by improving efficiency.

The website will boast a host of new features, including different language options and a special "about your area" presentation.

The transformation plan will also further develop the contact centre.
