Hundreds of car enthusiasts are expected to take to the streets of Croydon next month as part of the annual London to Brighton veteran car eun.
The popular rally, which this year take place on November 5, is run by the Automobile Club and is the oldest and longest-running event of its kind, dating back to 1896.
The 60-mile route, which goes through Norbury, Thornton Heath and Purley via the A23, is expected to attract around 500 pre-1905 manufactured vehicles from all over the world.
Motorists will set out from London's Hyde Park at 7.15am and cars are expected to drive through Croydon from 7.45am until 11am.
North End will be opened especially for those taking part in the rally but pedestrian access will not be affected.
Councillor Steve Hollands, cabinet member for culture and sport, said: "Whether you come out specifically to view the rally or just happen to stop and take a glimpse while passing, this event offers a colourful and fun spectacle for the whole family."
