More people are watching council meetings online than at the town hall, figures reveal.
An average of 122 viewers are watching webcast meetings online, while only a handful bother to sit in the council chamber's public gallery.
Croydon Council wants to negotiate a three-year extension of the webcasting service, following a year-long government-funded trial launched last October.
