Three men have been arrested after a woman's phone was snatched while she was carrying her baby daughter.
Police were called at 4.59pm on Thursday to reports of a mobile phone being snatched in the Park Lane area of Wallington.
The woman's phone was snatched while she was carrying her child.
Officers were quickly on scene to search the area.
It is understood several roads, including The Manor Way, and Derek Avenue were cordoned off as part of the search.
Three males aged 14, 17, and 21 were arrested shortly afterwards in Carshalton Park on suspicion of theft.
They were also arrested on suspicion of the theft of another phone that had been stolen from a 14-year-old boy earlier that day.
Enquiries are continuing.
