Celebrations are in full swing as we reach the halfway point of the annual Malden fortnight.
Music, dancing and singing have swept the streets of New Malden since the start of the festival, which is in its 27th year.
Nearly 100 stalls selling crafts and cakes lined New Malden High Street and community groups performed music and dance routines in St Georges Square on Saturday, July 7.
A break in the rainy weather saw families launch themselves into space hopper races, welly throwing competitions and a tug of war for a fun day held in Beverley Park on Sunday, July 8.
Still to come are performances by the Juniper Hill Blues, Malden Wanderers and a big band night.
A sports club open day and dog show in Blagdon Park will wrap up the fortnight of fun on July 15, with classes for pets and their owners including waggiest tail and best dog’s fancy dress.
