A brave young boy met Emma Bunton at an exclusive Pixar premier at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Jethro Repato, a five-year-old patient from Tooting, was treated to an intimate showing of Pixar’s latest work, Brave, more than six weeks before the film’s release in the UK.
He was among 25 patients who attended the event, at the hospital’s new screen in The Lagoon restaurant.
Emma Bunton had the red carpet covered as she smiled for photos and mingled with the children before settling down to enjoy the film.
The showing was part of a day of celebrations to mark the opening of the Disney play area at the hospital.
Director of the film, Mark Andrews, said: "The young patients of Great Ormond Street Hospital show how brave they are on a daily basis.
"Hosting an exclusive, advance premiere of Brave for them is a great way to celebrate just how courageous they are."
