An exhibition showcasing a selection of artwork created by Croydon students over the last 39 years has gone on display.
The collection which has been named 'Enjoy the Walk,' was officially opened at the Click Clock Gallery, in the Clocktower Cafe by Mayor Eddy Arram last Saturday.
The artwork on display was created by students who attend Harris Academy Purley, and former pupils who studied when the school was called Haling Manor High School.
Monica Chapman, retiring head of art at Harris Academy said: "The school name may have changed but their [the students] astonishing hard work, skill and creativity most certainly has not."
Amateur photographer John Reeve, who opened the gallery said: "It has been a tremendous boost to the gallery having such magnificent artwork on display."
