A company director has appeared in court after allegedly altered a listing building without permission.
Franco Lumba, 34, of St Margarets Road, Twickenham, spoke only to confirm his name when he appeared at Kingston Crown Court on Thursday, July 12.
The director, and sole shareholder of FL Trading Limited, was charged with executing work or alterations to a listed building.
The court heard the alleged alterations were to the former Regal cinema in Richmond Road, Kingston, and were made between August 24 and October 26, 2010.
Mr Lumba pleaded not guilty on behalf of himself and his company.
Judge Hopmeier granted Mr Lumba bail on condition of residence. He is due to appear at Kingston Crown Court on February 1, 2013.
