First-time buyers James Partridge, 28, and his partner Holly Cheshire, 27, were happy to make the move from East Molesey to Epsom after finding their dream home at Noble Park.
The couple, who are both teachers at a local independent school, visited Noble Park just a month into their house search and loved their new three bedroom home’s quality specifications as well as the surrounding countryside, local shops, restaurants and attractions, and Epsom’s fast links to London.
James said: “We had been renting ever since we had been in the area, for about four to five years, and we got to the stage where we wanted our own space and particularly our own garden.
“It was the entire development that we liked. It’s so much quieter than where we were before, and we were attracted to the whole area too – it’s a really pleasant environment.”
Noble Park offers two, three, four and five-bedroom houses and classical refurbished apartments.
The apartments blend with stylish houses, surrounded by acres of parkland dotted with timber pavilions passed by curving roads and pathways subtly lit for summer evening strolls.
“We love it,” James continued. “Epsom is somewhere we did not know but it has everything you would want.
“We sometimes go to the theatre in London and go up on the very fast train. We’re also both keen walkers and go out into the countryside.”
Prices range from £314,995 to £549,995. To find out more, visit or call the sales centre on 0844 488 1856, open 10am to 5pm.
