A murder investigation has been launched after a man was shot in South Norwood.
Police were called to Wharncliffe Road, at 4.40pm on Sunday after reports of a shooting.
A 25-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound and was taken to hospital in a critical condition, where he died at about 12.20pm this afternoon.
Detectives from the Trident Gang Crime Command are investigating the incident, but no arrests have been made and enquiries continue.
