Flytippers dumped a trail of rubble in a street.
Sutton Council's street scene enforcement team are the building waste left in Trafalgar Avenue, Worcester Park.
Residents said the waste was dumped at 4.58am on June 22. They reported another fly tip in the same road two weeks before.
One resident said: "Its absolutely disgusting how these cretins think they can do this. The earlier flytip was mainly wood and could have been burnt or recycled."
Councillor Jill Whitehead, chairman of the environment and neighbourhoods committee, said: "We acted quickly to remove this eyesore and have referred the matter to the street scene enforcement team."
