Rapper was shot outside his South Norwood home
Messages from family and friends have flooded a Facebook page set up under Umar Tufail's stage named Humuh Humz.
Over 70 messages have been left paying tribute to Mr Tufail under his last post, which was written just an hour before he died.
Siobhan Eaton said: "Still can't believe such a talented young man's life has been taken. My thoughts are with your family, I hope you look over them and keep them strong to get justice for you."
Luke Tomlinson said: "Nineteen years of my life and I remember the first day we met which we became best friends. Ever since I kissed you goodbye a part of me has gone. RIP brother."
Paul Rekhi said: "Shocking news, one of the most talented and humble people I knew. Can't believe your gone, you will be greatly missed by everyone."
Lauren Thorpe said: "Humuh was a good man, a lovely person, kind hearted got along with anyone and everyone. Really going to miss you hun, I'll never forget you."
Kyle Gordon added: "He was a true friend, he was ambitious and is an inspiration to follow your heart."
On Twitter, user Jazmine Natalia said: "It truly is hard to believe he is gone. I can't accept the fact he is gone because he was too good a guy.
"Umar always knew what to say to make you laugh and feel better. Devastated doesn't even come close to how I feel."
