Pupils leaving Norwood Grove Pre-school enjoyed a graduation ceremony last week.
Family and friends of the students were invited to the event at the Norwood Grove school last Thursday Principle Joan Runcorn gave a short speech telling the children how proud she was of their achievements over the past two-and-a-half-years.
She said: "The graduation ceremony is a lovely way to celebrate their first experience of early years education. The children are now ready and confident in moving on to their new schools and new challenges."
The ceremony was also attended by Paul Greenhalgh, Director of Education at Croydon Council, who met with children and asked about their time at the school.
One child said: "I am both happy and sad to be leaving."
