A catering company is urging people to think outside the tackle-box.
Eurest Catering, is trying to promote sustainable fishing by putting more adventurous fish on their menu.
The company, which runs the canteen for hundreds of office workers at Quadrant House in Sutton, is telling people to get their claws into things like crayfish.
Gerry Costello, general catering manager at Quadrant House, said: "We are trying to get customers to try them so we can offer more sustainable fish rather than cod and haddock all of the time."
The company's sustainability programme also looks at encouraging more people to eat oily fish and alternatives to what you see on the menus around the country.
Mr Costello said: "Crayfish taste just like langoustine, it's really nice, and obviously healthy."
