Wimbledon's Laura Robson has admitted playing in an Olympics on home soil will be unforgettable.
The 18-year-old tennis star will play in the women's doubles draw at SW19 with Heather Watson in the Olympic tennis event which starts next Saturday.
Robson lost in the first round of the Wimbledon Champions in both singles and doubles last month and already has a string of appearances at the famous venue under her belt.
But she insisted her second visit this year will be sweeter.
"I’m really excited to be representing Team GB at London 2012," she said at a press conference in the Olympi Park today.
"Obviously I come from Wimbledon so to be playing there in my home town for Team GB at an Olympic Games is very special and it’s something that I’m going to really enjoy and will never forget.”
