A man arrested in connection with the murder of an aspiring rapper has been bailed by police.
Umar Tufail was sat in the driver's seat of his car outside his home in Wharncliffe Road, South Norwood, when he was shot at about 4.35pm on Sunday, July 15.
The 25-year-old was taken to hospital, but died of a single gunshot wound to the head the following day.
Yesterday, an 18-year-old man attended a south London police station and was arrested on suspicion of murder.
The teenager has since been bailed until a date at the beginning of August.
Police believe the suspect or suspects were in a grey car at the time of the shooting.
It is believed the vehicle pulled up alongside Umar's car and a shot was fired through and open window, before the suspect vehicle drove off towards Grange Road, Thornton Heath.
Anyone with information should call the incident room on 0208 247 4554 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
